I use an integrated approach, incorporating holistic and deep tissue techniques. The treatment can be as invigorating or as relaxing as you like.

 

HOLISTIC

This promotes circulation and toxin removal from muscles. The aim is to reduce stiffness, fatigue and tension, as well as increase mobility.

 

DEEP TISSUE

This seeks to address long term muscular issues, break down adhesive build up, reduce postural dysfunction and pain. It heals soft tissues, increases mobility and flexibility, reduces muscle tension and improves physical performance.
